Privacy Policy

Air Kick (a trading name of KLH Ventures — Katherine Louise Herbert, ABN 59 172 828 003, Victoria, Australia) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What information we collect
When you provide information to us — through the discovery questions, a form, a call, a purchase, or by contacting us — we may collect:
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number
- Business information you give us — anything you tell us in the discovery questions or a call, about how your business runs, what tools you use, and what's slowing you down. This can include details about your revenue, staff, customers, or systems, depending on what you choose to share.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Browsing data — pages visited, time on site, device type, collected via cookies and analytics tools listed below.
- Public business information — when researching potential clients for outreach, we may collect publicly available details about a business (e.g. name, website, published contact details). You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
How we use your information
- To produce the reports, checks, or guides you request
- To respond to your questions and deliver anything you've purchased
- To improve this website and our services
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How we handle your business information specifically
This is the part that matters most if you've told us something sensitive about your business, so we're stating it plainly rather than burying it in general terms:
- What you tell us stays inside your engagement. It's used only to produce your report, and it doesn't leave that engagement without your separate, explicit permission.
- When we use AI agents to process what you've told us, we do it in privacy mode — it isn't used to train anyone else's models.
- Session records are kept only as long as needed to deliver your report and handle any follow-up, then deleted on a schedule — see our internal data-handling policy, available on request.
- Our team personally reviews every report before it reaches you — nothing about your business goes out unread and unchecked.
Who we share your information with
To operate this service, we share information with trusted third parties only as necessary:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity — website analytics, aggregate and anonymised browsing behaviour
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for building an audience for future advertising, using aggregated or anonymised signals only. We are not currently running Meta ads; this is for audience-building ahead of that.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. sending you a purchased guide)
- Notion — if you're an ongoing client, we keep a private page listing what we've built for you, your own goal for the work, and when we met. It's shared with you directly, never published, and it holds our working record only — not your customers' details, your staff's personal information, or your financial records. When our work together ends we send you a copy and delete ours. Notion's Privacy Policy
All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law. None of them receive your business's sensitive operational details beyond what's strictly needed for their function — Stripe sees payment details, not your business information; the analytics and advertising tools see browsing behaviour, not what you told us in a discovery session.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep your session working, understand how visitors use the site (analytics), and build an audience for future advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect parts of the site that depend on them.
Your rights
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements, e.g. tax record retention)
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
EU residents: you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention
We retain payment and invoicing records for 7 years in accordance with Australian taxation law. Discovery-session content is retained only as long as needed to deliver your engagement, per our internal data-handling policy.

For any privacy-related request, email hello@airkick.co. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
