AI workshops for small teams
A live, hands-on workshop for a small team or group that isn't technical. Not a lecture, not a report — everyone gets going with AI in the room, and leaves knowing how to actually use it. Nobody has to be "the AI person."
No pitch deck. If this isn't the right fit for your team, I'll tell you that too.
Why this exists
Most teams use AI like an ATM — you go to it when you need something, then walk away. Nobody's built a workflow. Maybe you've already sat through a training and nothing changed afterwards. Leadership keeps saying "we should be using more AI" and nobody's actually shown anyone how.
The point isn't a tidier inbox. It's a business that can build without you being the one everyone has to go through — more of what your business actually produces, without more headcount to produce it.
What it is
Live and in the room — everyone builds something real for their own job, rather than watching a slideshow about AI. It's shaped around how your team actually works, so the size of the group and what you want out of it set the scope. We work that out on a quick call first.
So the workshop is built around how your business actually works, not a generic curriculum. Everyone comes with the jobs that eat their week.
What agentic AI actually is, and why delegating beats prompting — then each person builds something real for their own role. No technical gatekeeper, no permission needed.
The point isn't a tidy demo. It's that everyone walks out knowing how to use AI for their own work, and how to keep building on it without me.

Price
A workshop is scoped to the size of your team or group and what you want out of it, so I quote it once I know that — not off a fixed number. Run a charity or not-for-profit? I'm running these free for a couple of them as a test case, so it's worth asking.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. If it's not the right fit, I'll say so.
I record our calls so I'm working from what you actually said rather than from my notes. I'll ask you to confirm at the start, and you can say no — it doesn't change anything else.
Fair questions
Coaching. It's a hands-on workshop where I teach your team to use AI themselves. If you want it built and handed over instead, that's AI Concierge — a different offer, ask me about it on the call.
No — it's built for people who aren't developers. If your team is already coding, scheduling tasks, or building its own automations, you don't need this — you're past it.
It's built for small teams and groups. Tell me who'd be in the room on the call and I'll shape the workshop around them.
Because a workshop scales with your group size and what you want out of it — a flat number here would either be wrong for most teams or padded to cover the ones it's wrong for. You'll have a real number after a fifteen-minute call, not a guess before one. Charities and not-for-profits: ask — I'm running a couple free as a test case.
