Refunds and cancellations

How refunds work, by product

AI Audit (A$399) and AI Audit Plus (A$799). Your plan is delivered within 72 hours (Audit) or 5 business days (Audit Plus) of us receiving your completed intake form. If we miss that, or if you change your mind before we've started work on your plan, email hello@airkick.co and we'll refund you in full. Once your plan has been delivered, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds, but if something in it is wrong or doesn't reflect what you told us, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it.

AI Concierge by Email (A$199 a month). Month to month, cancel any time. To cancel, email hello@airkick.co from the address you subscribed with. Your subscription stops at the end of the month you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months, and unused requests don't roll over.

Team Starter Pack (A$990). If you change your mind before your team's surveys go out, email us and we'll refund you in full. After that, we'll fix anything that's wrong rather than refund.

Digital guides and the guide bundle (A$119). If a guide isn't for you, email hello@airkick.co within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. No form, no reason needed. For the bundle, the 7 days start when your three guides are sent.
