The guarantee
AI Audit. I'll find you at least ten hours a month you can claw back. If I don't, tell me within 30 days of delivery and I'll refund you in full. You decide whether I did — there's no form to fill in and nothing to prove.
AI Concierge. Month to month, cancel any time. No refund applies because there's no lock-in, and everything we build stays yours.
AI Coach. Workshops are quoted per booking; terms are agreed before we run one.
Digital guides. If a guide isn't for you, email hello@airkick.co within 14 days of buying it and I'll refund you in full. No form, no reason needed. Keep the copy you downloaded.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for a failure to provide services with due care and skill, and for services not fit for the purpose you made known to us. Nothing in this guarantee limits those rights.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
