Air Kick / AI Concierge
AI Concierge · ongoing
We get on a call and set things up together, live, on your screen. You keep the skill, not just the system. No coding, no jargon, no homework.
Done with you, not done for you
Who it's for
You've got Claude or ChatGPT open most days. You've had a couple of wins with it. But you've also got a folder of half-finished attempts, and every time you want to do something properly you lose an afternoon to working out how.
What you need isn't another tool or another report. It's someone to sit on a call with you and get the thing working, this week, while you watch how it's done.
What actually happens
You don't need to prepare anything or know the right words for what you want. "This bit takes me an hour every week and I hate it" is a perfectly good place to start a call.
Which one do you want
Three different things, and the wrong one is a waste of your money. The short version:
AI Concierge
A fortnightly call where I set things up with you. You bring whatever you're stuck on. Best once you've already started and keep hitting walls.
AI Coach
A hands-on session for a small team or group that isn't technical — everyone gets started with AI together. Have a look.
AI Audit
Not sure what to work on yet? Start with the written plan — what to fix first, which tools, what they cost. Have a look.
Pricing
We start with a workshop — a proper "big bang, get started" session where we set things up together, rather than a call where I ask you questions and go away. After that, a 60-minute call every fortnight.
The calls are me building things in Claude with you, on your screen. Not me building them and handing you a login. You keep the skill, and everything we build stays yours if you stop.
A$300/fortnight 2 launch slots, then A$450 · month to month
Need it faster than a fortnightly cadence? A more intensive sprint is priced separately — ask me on the call.
I record our calls so you can go back to them, and so I'm working from what you actually said. I'll ask you to confirm at the start, and you can say no — it doesn't change anything else.
Why me
I'm Kate. I'm a mentor and business coach, and I've advised dozens of Australian small businesses on AI specifically. I built and sold a seven-figure e-commerce business, and I now run a multi-brand operation where AI agents do most of the execution.
Almost none of the owners I work with are technical. It's not a gap to apologise for — it's the normal starting point, and it's who all of this is built for.
Questions
Not at all. If you can share your screen and describe what annoys you about your week, that's the entry requirement. If something genuinely needs a developer, I'll tell you and roughly what it should cost.
It's the tool I use to connect an AI assistant to the things you already work in, so it can do real jobs rather than just chat. Setting it up properly is fiddly and it's most of what people ask me for on these calls. You don't need to understand it before we start.
Only what you set up yourself while I'm watching. It's your screen and your logins throughout. I don't take access to your systems, your customers' data, or anything financial.
Yes. Nothing here locks you in, and everything we set up is in your own accounts and keeps working whether or not we keep talking.
Only if you don't know what to work on. If you already have a list and just keep stalling on it, start here. If the list is the problem, the A$499 audit is the cheaper way to get one.
Start here
Fifteen minutes on the phone. No pitch, and no preparation needed.
