Air Kick — AI for founders and teams who aren't technical
Book 15 min

Stop guessing what AI can do for your business. Get a plan built around what you actually need.

For founders and small teams who aren't technical. I'm Kate. I run my own business on AI, and I'll show you where it fits in yours.

No jargon · Nothing to install · No coding, ever

The actual problem

You're not behind on AI. You're stuck on where to start.

You've used ChatGPT. Someone showed you a tool. Your software vendor keeps emailing you about an AI assistant you haven't turned on. None of it turned into anything you still use.

That's not a you problem, and it's not a technical one. There are hundreds of tools and no way to tell which ones matter for a business like yours. Working that out takes time you don't have, so most people never do it.

What I do

Three ways in, depending on how much you want to do yourself.

Same idea underneath all of them: work out what's actually worth doing, then either do it with you, or teach you to do it. Pick the one that matches how much time you've got.

Not sure which? Book fifteen minutes and I'll tell you — including if the answer is none of them. Book a call.

If you're worried you won't keep up

Not being technical is the normal case here.

Nearly every owner I work with runs a good business and has never set up a piece of software in their life. That's who all of this is built for.

So: no code, ever. Nothing that needs an IT person to maintain. Everything goes into your own accounts, under your own logins, and can be switched off. If something genuinely does need a developer, I'll say so and tell you roughly what it should cost — rather than quietly building you something you can't run without me.

Who this is for

Solo operators to teams of up to 10

Small enough that you make the decision yourself. Big enough that admin has become somebody's second job. It works best where the paperwork is the bottleneck:

Bookkeeping & accounting

You're turning away work because you can't find staff, not because there's no demand. Every hour of data-chasing is billable time.

Allied health & NDIS

You finished with patients at five and you're writing reports at eight. We start with what's safe to assist and what needs your signature.

Trades & home services

Missed calls while you're under a house. Quotes you never got around to sending. Both are jobs you can name.

Not on the list? It works for any business. If AI genuinely isn't worth your money yet, I'll say so. That's a real outcome, and I'd rather tell you than sell you.

Why me

I run my whole company this way.

I'm Kate. I built and sold a seven-figure e-commerce business. Now I run a multi-brand operation where AI agents do most of the execution — the research, the builds, the reporting — and I handle strategy and judgement.

That's not a credential I'm asking you to take on faith. It's the reason the audit costs A$499: the same agent workforce I'd help you build is what produces it. The cheap tier is the demonstration.

I'm also a mentor and business coach, and I've advised dozens of Australian small businesses on this specifically. I'm in Victoria, I'd rather work with businesses near me, and I'd rather tell you the two things worth doing than sell you a strategy document. More about me.

Questions

Fair questions

Who does AI consulting for small businesses in Victoria?

I do. That's what Air Kick is. It's built for Australian owner-operated businesses, from solo operators up to teams of about ten, and I work across Melbourne and Victoria (interstate too — it's just not the focus of my local work). The AI Audit is A$499 while the launch is open. I'm Victoria-based, and I'll say where when you ask.

How much does an AI audit cost in Australia?

Mine is A$499 while the launch is open — for the next 7 days or 10 businesses, whichever fills first — GST-free, with the report back inside 72 hours. That includes a call before it's written and a call to walk through it once it lands. Most people selling this won't publish a number at all, which is its own answer. Broader market pricing runs from a few hundred dollars for a fixed-scope audit into the thousands for consultancy-led work.

I'm not technical at all. Is this for me?

Yes — it's who it's built for. Nearly every owner I work with has never set up a piece of software. Nothing I do needs you to write code or maintain anything, and everything lives in your own accounts so you can turn it off. If something genuinely needs a developer, I'll tell you and say roughly what it should cost.

Is this just going to tell me to use ChatGPT?

No. If the answer for your business were "use ChatGPT", you'd already have it and I'd be charging you for something you can get free. The report names specific products for specific jobs in your business, with what they cost. Some of them you won't have heard of. Some of the answers are boring software that isn't AI at all, and I'll say that if it's true.

We handle sensitive data. Isn't this risky?

It's the right question, and it's why generic automation agencies get this wrong. Part of the report is which tools are appropriate for sensitive information and which are not, and where a human has to stay in the loop. Separately: I never touch your accounts, your systems, or your customers' data. The discovery is a conversation about your business, not access to it.

How much of this is done by AI?

Most of the research and drafting. All of the review. I read every report before it goes out and I'm accountable for what's in it. I'm telling you that up front because it's the point. You're buying a demonstration of the thing I'd help you build.

What if it turns out AI isn't worth it for us?

Then the report says that, and names the two or three non-AI fixes worth doing instead. I'd rather write that than sell you a project that doesn't pay for itself.

Do I have to get on a call?

For the audit, yes — a 45-minute discovery call is what it's actually tailored from, plus a shorter wrap call once it lands. Both are included in the price. Before you buy anything, there's a free 15-minute call that doesn't commit you to anything. More detail here.

Start here

Fifteen minutes, and you'll know what's worth doing.

No pitch and no preparation. Tell me what's eating your week and I'll tell you what I'd do about it — including if the honest answer is "nothing yet".

Rather just write? Email hello@airkick.co.

I record our calls so I'm working from what you actually said rather than from my notes. I'll ask you to confirm at the start, and you can say no — it doesn't change anything else.
