Air Kick / AI Audit
AI Audit · the report
A written plan for where AI fits your business. What to fix first, which tools, what they cost. You don't need to be technical to use any of it.
Back in 72 hours · 10 hours a month back, or your money back
Start to finish
A$499 while the launch is open. That's the whole price — both calls below are in it, not added on.
On your phone. It's how I turn up to our call already knowing your business, instead of spending the first twenty minutes catching up.
This is the part the report is actually built from. I dig into where your time is going and what's already been tried.
Read and signed off by me. Not generated and sent.
To work through what it found and what you'd do first. Also included.
About the calls
I record our calls so I can write your report from what you actually said, rather than from my notes. I'll ask you to confirm at the start of the call, and you can say no — it doesn't change anything else.
What you get
Written in plain English, for someone who isn't technical. And written so you could hand it to any web developer, bookkeeper or IT person and they'd know exactly what to build. You're not locked into me.
Pricing
I built this for myself, and I use it constantly. I've given it to friends and they've gotten real value out of it. But I've never actually sold it until now. So this is launch pricing — open for the next 7 days, or the first 10 businesses, whichever comes first.
Guarantee
I'll find you at least ten hours a month you can claw back. If I don't, tell me within 30 days and I'll refund you in full. You decide whether I did — I'm not going to argue the point with you.
Want to talk it through first? Book a free 15-min call instead, or email hello@airkick.co.
Why the launch price? Air Kick is new. The first businesses through get it at a price that doesn't really pay me, because their feedback is worth more to me than the difference. That's the whole trade, and it closes after 7 days or 10 businesses, whichever comes first.
Prices in Australian dollars.
After the audit
Regular calls where I set up your Claude Cowork with you, live — and teach you to keep building it yourself. Done with you, not for you.
Why me
I'm Kate. I built and sold a seven-figure e-commerce business. Now I run a multi-brand operation where AI agents do most of the execution — the research, the builds, the reporting — and I handle strategy and judgement.
That's not a credential I'm asking you to take on faith. It's the reason the audit costs A$499 instead of consulting rates: the same agent workforce I'd help you build is what produces it. The audit is the demonstration, not a smaller version of the real thing.
I'm also a mentor and business coach, and I've advised dozens of Australian small businesses on this specifically. Most of them are not technical. That's the normal case, not the exception.
Questions
No, and that's the whole point of it. The report is written for someone who runs a business, not someone who writes software. Named tools, what they cost, what order to do them in. If something needs a developer, I say so and say roughly what to pay for it.
No. If the answer for your business were "use ChatGPT", you'd already have it and I'd be charging you for something you can get free. The report names specific products for specific jobs in your business, with what they cost. Some of them you won't have heard of. Some of the answers are boring software that isn't AI at all, and I'll say that if it's true.
It's the right question. Part of the report is which tools are appropriate for sensitive information and which are not, and where a human has to stay in the loop. Separately: I never touch your accounts, your systems, or your customers' data. The discovery is a conversation about your business, not access to it.
Most of the research and drafting. All of the review. I read every report before it goes out and I'm accountable for what's in it. I'm telling you that up front because it's the point — you're buying a demonstration of the thing I'd help you build.
Then the report says that, and names the two or three non-AI fixes worth doing instead. I'd rather write that than sell you a project that doesn't pay for itself. That's also what the guarantee is for — if I don't find you ten hours a month you can claw back, tell me within 30 days and I'll refund it in full.
Yes. A 45-minute discovery call is what the report is actually tailored from, plus a shorter wrap call once it lands. Both are included in the A$499, not an add-on. If you want to talk before you commit to anything, the free 15-minute call is separate and doesn't require buying anything.
Not at the end of the report. There is more I can do — building the thing, or teaching you to — and the report is honest about which of those are worth it. If the four-day plan is all you ever do, that's a good outcome and you don't need me again.

No pitch. A quick phone call to check this is the right fit before you pay for anything.
