Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of airkick.co and any engagement with Air Kick, a trading name of Ortega Pty Ltd, ACN 702 383 426, ABN 58 702 383 426, based in Victoria, Australia. By buying anything from airkick.co or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
Air Kick sells online, asynchronous services and digital products. We don't run calls or meetings. Everything is done through an intake form and email:
- AI Audit (A$399): a written plan for where AI fits your business, delivered within 72 hours of us receiving your completed intake form.
- AI Audit Plus (A$799): the AI Audit plus three ready-to-use builds, delivered within 5 business days of your completed intake form.
- AI Concierge by Email (A$199 a month): up to four requests a month by email, each answered in writing within two business days. Month to month; cancel by emailing hello@airkick.co.
- Team Starter Pack (A$990): a playbook per role and a short written course for a team of up to 10, delivered within 5 business days of all surveys coming back. If some surveys don't come back within 7 days, we'll deliver based on the ones that did.
- Digital guides (A$29–A$79) and the guide bundle (any three guides, A$119).
Delivery is by email and, where stated, a private web page and PDF. Delivery times are counted in business days in Victoria and start when we have everything we need from you. What's included is described on the product page at the time you buy.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to any price.
Payment is taken via Stripe at the time of purchase. Concierge is charged monthly in advance on the same date each month until you cancel. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to continue at the correct price or receive a full refund.
3. How the work is produced
Everything we deliver is researched and drafted by AI agents and reviewed and approved by the Airkick team before it reaches you. We do not fabricate results, invent facts about your business, or represent AI-generated content as independently verified fact where it hasn't been checked. Where we can't confirm something, we'll say so rather than guess.
4. Your business information
Anything you tell us about your business in an intake form, survey or email is used only to produce your own engagement, never shared with another client, and never used in our marketing without your separate written permission. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
5. Scope of advice
Air Kick provides general business and operational guidance about where AI tools may fit your business. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and nothing in a report, playbook or written answer should be treated as such. Where a recommendation touches an area requiring that kind of advice — for example, a workflow involving client financial or health data — we will say so, and you should confirm any such recommendation with the relevant qualified professional before acting on it. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business; our role is to inform that decision, not to make it for you.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Air Kick's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or engagement of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant engagement.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our recommendations or your implementation of them — including any loss arising from acting on a recommendation without the professional advice described in §5 where that advice was warranted.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Refunds and cancellations
See our Refunds and cancellations page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual property
The plans, playbooks, answers and other materials we deliver are yours to use in your business. The underlying tools, templates, and systems we use to produce them remain ours. Website content — copy, design, and branding — is owned by Air Kick and may not be reproduced without permission.
Digital guides. A guide bought from airkick.co/guides is licensed to you, the buyer, to use in your own business or for your own purposes. You can copy its prompts and adapt them freely. You can't resell, redistribute, or publish the guide or substantial parts of it. Guides are delivered from the link on your thank-you page (bundle guides are emailed to you within one business day of your choice); updates to the same guide are free for 12 months from purchase. The guides are general information, not legal, financial, tax, clinical or employment advice; where a guide says to check with a professional or a regulator, do.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
