These terms govern your use of airkick.co and any engagement with Air Kick, a trading name of KLH Ventures — Katherine Louise Herbert, ABN 59 172 828 003, based in Victoria, Australia. By purchasing a report, booking a call, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
Air Kick provides a diagnostic report and, where purchased, advisory sessions and implementation support, identifying ways AI and related tools may help your business. What's included at each price point is described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to any price.
Payment is taken via Stripe at the time of purchase. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to continue at the correct price or receive a full refund.
5. Scope of advice
Air Kick provides general business and operational guidance about where AI tools may fit your business. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and nothing in a report or session should be treated as such. Where a recommendation touches an area requiring that kind of advice — for example, a workflow involving client financial or health data — we will say so, and you should confirm any such recommendation with the relevant qualified professional before acting on it. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business; our role is to inform that decision, not to make it for you.
3. How the work is produced
Reports are researched and drafted with AI assistance, and reviewed and signed off by Kate Herbert personally before they reach you. We do not fabricate results, invent facts about your business, or represent AI-generated content as independently verified fact where it hasn't been checked. Where we can't confirm something, we'll say so rather than guess.
4. Your business information
Anything you tell us about your business during discovery is used only to produce your own engagement, never shared with another client, and never used in our marketing without your separate written permission. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Air Kick's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or engagement of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant engagement.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our recommendations or your implementation of them — including any loss arising from acting on a recommendation without the professional advice described in §5 where that advice was warranted.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Refunds and the guarantee

8. Intellectual property
The report and any materials we provide you are yours to use in your business. The underlying tools, templates, and systems we use to produce them remain ours. Website content — copy, design, and branding — is owned by Air Kick and may not be reproduced without permission.
Digital guides. A guide bought from airkick.co/guides is licensed to you, the buyer, to use in your own business or for your own purposes. You can copy its prompts and adapt them freely. You can't resell, redistribute, or publish the guide or substantial parts of it. Guides are delivered from the link on your thank-you page; updates to the same guide are free for 12 months from purchase. The guides are general information, not legal, financial, tax, clinical or employment advice; where a guide says to check with a professional or a regulator, do.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
