In short

Airkick's free AI toolkit is four browser-based tools for small businesses: an AI hours-back calculator, an AI tools cost calculator, a staff AI use policy generator and a public AI use statement generator. They are free, need no sign-up or account, and what you type stays in your browser. Use them to see where AI could save time, what the tools would cost your team, and how to set clear rules for using AI at work.

See it work

A fictional small-business week run through the free hours-back calculator. This is a sample so you can see the shape of the answer before you type yours. Nothing below is measured from a real visitor.

  • Invoice chasing45 min × 4 / week
  • Quote write-ups30 min × 5 / week
  • Review replies10 min × 10 / week
At $80 / hour and 4.33 weeks / month, that is about ~29 hours / month · ~$2,320 at stake Treat it as the size of the problem, not a promised saving. AI rarely removes 100% of a task.

Where to start

A sensible order

  1. Find the time: list the repetitive jobs and see the hours at stake each month.
  2. Check the cost: see what the tools would cost your team and the hours needed to break even.
  3. Set staff rules: agree which tools are allowed and what never goes into them.
  4. Tell customers: publish a short statement about how your business uses AI.

Questions

Common questions

Are these tools really free?

Yes. All four are free to use as often as you like, with no sign-up, account or trial. Nothing is locked behind an email address.

Does anything I type get sent to Airkick?

No. The calculators and generators run in your browser. What you type isn't sent to us or saved anywhere unless you copy, print or download the result yourself.

Are these AI tools?

They are planning tools about AI rather than chatbots. The calculators and generators use simple, transparent rules, so the same inputs always give the same result, and they help you decide how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini in your business.

Do they work outside Australia?

Yes. The hours-back calculator works in any currency, and the AI use statement generator doesn't quote any one country's law. The AI tools cost calculator uses Australian-dollar list prices, and the policy generator's privacy wording follows Australian guidance by default, with a note on swapping in your local rules.

Can I put a tool on my own website?

Yes, the AI hours-back calculator can be embedded with a short snippet from its page. The credit line is optional. The AI use statement generator also gives you HTML you can paste onto your own site.

Which tool should I start with?

Start with the hours-back calculator to find the jobs worth fixing, then the cost calculator to check what the tools would cost. Use the policy generator before your team relies on AI, and the statement generator when you want to tell customers how you use it.
