Read my last 30 sent emails to clients and suppliers [EITHER "from my connected sent mail" OR "pasted below, with names and any figures removed"]. I want you to learn how I actually write, so that drafts sound like me and not like a template. --- INPUT (if pasting) --- [PASTE here] --- END INPUT --- Tell me: - My usual greeting and sign-off. - My average sentence length, and how formal or casual I am. - Any recurring phrases that are clearly me. - A short phrasing library, using my real words, for the situations I write about most: following up a quote, chasing a supplier, chasing a late payment, saying something is running behind, saying no to extra work. Give it to me as one block of plain text I can save underneath my context document. Under 250 words. Do not invent phrases I did not use. If you cannot tell something from the sample, say so rather than guess.

Fair questions
No. Every step is paste a prompt, answer some questions, read what comes back. There is nothing to install and nothing to code. If you can write an email you can do chapter 1 in about 20 minutes.
Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. The prompts work in all three, and Claude is the one I would pick. A free account is enough to start. Connecting your inbox and running on a schedule may need a paid plan depending on the tool, so check its current pricing page before you decide.
Chapter 2 is the rules. Four things never go in: client contracts with commercial terms, bank and card numbers, other people's contact details in bulk, anything under NDA. Every prompt tells the AI to note that a contract or a bank detail exists and not read it out, every prompt has a paste-in version so you never have to connect your inbox, and there is a two-minute de-identify routine for anything you paste by hand.
