Guides · The Shopify Owner's AI Desk

A guide for owners of shopify stores doing under about a$1m a year

Customer replies, product copy and the Monday check, done in an hour.

A paid guide for Shopify owners who write everything themselves. Set up an AI assistant that knows your store in 20 minutes, then hand it the 10 jobs that eat your evenings. It drafts, you read and send.

Opens instantly · works with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini · 14-day refund, no questions

This is for you if

  • You run a Shopify store under about A$1m, solo or with one helper
  • The same 'where is my order' emails and stale product copy are waiting for you tonight
  • You have opened ChatGPT, typed something vague, and closed it again

Probably not for you if

  • You have a support team and an agency doing this already
  • You want the AI to send emails or change your store on its own. Nothing here does that

What's inside

Ten jobs, each with a prompt to paste, a worked example and the tweaks to make it yours.

Plus: a 20-minute setup that gives the AI your context once, the rules that keep customer names with addresses or order details and everything else sensitive out of it, a weekly 15-minute routine, and what to do when it goes wrong.

One of the prompts, so you can see the goods

Customer service replies: where is my order, returns, the angry one

Read my store context document. You are drafting a customer service reply for my store, in my tone.

Here is the customer's email, with their details removed:
---
[Paste the email. Name replaced with "the customer". No address, phone or email.]
---

What I know about the order: [order number, what they bought, date ordered, date dispatched, tracking status, anything else relevant. If nothing, write "no order details".]

Write the reply. Under 120 words. Answer their actual question first. Use only the policies in my context document. If they are upset, acknowledge it in one line, then get to what happens next. Do not promise a refund, a discount or a delivery date that is not in the document. If you need something you do not have, ask me one question rather than guess.

This is a draft for me to read and edit. Do not assume it will be sent as-is.

A reply under 120 words that answers the actual question first, quotes your real shipping window, and never offers a refund you did not authorise.

Who wrote this

Kate Herbert, Air Kick

I built a seven-figure ecommerce business and sold it, and I run my current company on AI agents. I coach Australian small businesses on where AI actually fits. These guides are the setups I'd walk you through on a call, written down so you can do them yourself.

If you'd rather someone did it with you: the AI Audit and AI Concierge exist for that.

Fair questions

Before you buy

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can paste an email into a chat box, you can do all of this. There is nothing to install and nothing to connect. Chapter 1 takes about 20 minutes and it is mostly answering questions about your own store.

Which AI tool do I need, and does it cost money?

Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. The prompts are written to work in any of them. A free account is fine to start. A paid plan is useful later because it saves your store document between chats, but do not buy one today. Check the tool's current pricing page when you get there.

Is my customer information safe?

Chapter 2 is a short red list of what never goes into an AI tool: customer names with addresses or order details, card or payout details, supplier pricing under NDA, and your Shopify login or keys. There is a 2-minute routine for stripping a customer's details out of an email before you paste it. Nothing in the guide needs any of those things to work.

What exactly do I get?

One guide, about 7,500 words. A setup interview that builds your store document. The safety rules. Ten jobs, each with a complete prompt, a worked example and tweaks. A weekly 15-minute routine. A chapter on what to do when a draft goes wrong. Updates for 12 months.

What if it's not for me?

14 days, full refund. Email hello@airkick.co. No proof needed.

How is this different from just asking ChatGPT?

Asking ChatGPT cold gets you a generic reply that knows nothing about your returns window, your tone or your products. This guide sets up a one-page store document first, so every draft starts from your policies and your voice. Then it gives you the prompts, tested against real store situations, with the guardrails already written in: draft only, no invented facts, no promises you did not make.

Do I have to connect it to my Shopify store?

No. Every prompt works by pasting in what you already have: an email, last week's numbers, a product's rough notes. If your AI tool offers a Shopify connection, the guide covers it as an optional step, read-only, after you have run a few jobs by hand.

Will the Monday check-in tell me if my conversion rate is good?

No, on purpose. It compares your week against your own previous weeks and gives you the 3 things to look at. It never quotes a benchmark, because another store's average tells you nothing about yours.
