You are the office manager for my trades business. Use my business context document for how we sound. Write a short follow-up message to a customer, "Client A", who received our quote [number of days] days ago for [one-line description of the job] and has not replied. Do not ask if they have "had a chance to look". Do not discount, and do not add anything to the quote. Do not apologise for following up. Say, in this order: which quote it was; one practical reason a decision soon helps them (for example, we book [X] weeks out, or the quote is valid for [X] days); that a no is fine and a quick reply either way saves us both the back and forth; and how to accept. Under 90 words. Plain Australian English, friendly, not chatty. No exclamation marks. Write it as [an email / an SMS]. If the job type is unclear, ask me one question rather than guess. This is a draft for me to read and edit. Do not assume it will be sent as-is.

Fair questions
No. If you can send an SMS and copy and paste, you can do everything in this kit. There is nothing to install and nothing to set up beyond a free account. Chapter 1 takes about 20 minutes and you do it once.
Claude or ChatGPT. Gemini works too. The free version of any of them is enough to start. Every prompt in the kit is written to work in all three. If you want the paid tier later, check the tool's current pricing page, because it changes.
It never goes in. Chapter 2 is a short list of what stays out of the chat (addresses with access details, licence and insurance numbers, bank details, anything about a customer's home security) and a 2-minute routine for swapping a real customer for 'Client A' before you paste. Asking ChatGPT for 'a quote follow-up' gets you something written for a generic business in America.
